A distant relative of cabbage, fresh broccoli is dark green and always full in valuable nutritional ingredients. It is extremely good for our health, making our body feel and look vibrant. Three to four times a week will provide our body with all necessary beauty and health ingredients.

Tips
We can freeze broccoli and use it fresh whenever we want, since its lifespan usually reaches 4 days.
Boil water and then add broccoli, leaving it in the boiling water for just 3 minutes. Drain and dry it, then put it in kitchen bags and store in freezer.
Tip for unscented cauliflower and broccoli.
Fast spinach meal
Boil broccoli for a few minutes (depending on how soft you prefer it), adding, if you so wish, more vegetables, eg carrots.
Drain and sprinkle with Horio olive oil and some lemon, vinegar or Balsamic vinegar TOP, slice some Horio graviera sticks and enjoy.
