Fresh from the village: Broccoli

Put it in a salad, boil it, steam it, bake it – either way, broccoli will only add to our general health and well being!

A distant relative of cabbage, fresh broccoli is dark green and always full in valuable nutritional ingredients. It is extremely good for our health, making our body feel and look vibrant. Three to four times a week will provide our body with all necessary beauty and health ingredients.

Tip for unscented cauliflower and broccoli.

Fast spinach meal

Boil broccoli for a few minutes (depending on how soft you prefer it), adding, if you so wish, more vegetables, eg carrots.
