Fresh from the village: Mandarines

Our favorite fruit, mandarins, have over 15 varieties throughout the world, each one giving us a great deal of nutritional value!

We prefer them sweet and seedless – an ideal snack for home, office, school, for a ride in the countryside. Mandarines are particularly popular among children, because they are sweet and easily peeled!

We all have heard about the nutritional qualities of mandarin – let’s find out all there is about it and put it in our diet!

Tips

Apart from consumed as a quick snack themselves, mandarins can make our place smell nice! To reduce strong odors in the kitchen, peel mandarins and put to boil in water along with some clove and cinnamon.

When preparing a green salad, add mandarin slices, lightly crushed walnuts, TOP Balsamic vinegar with thyme honey and enjoy.
