INGREDIENTS

500 gr spaghetti No. 6 70 gr Horio Soft with Cow Butter 1 cup milk cream 150 gr finely grated Horio Long Maturation Graviera cheese 1 cup of the water from the boiled pasta Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil pasta in well-salted water for approximately 7-8 minutes
  2. Keep 1 cup of the boiled pasta water and drain the remaining water
  3. In the same pot pour the 1 cup of boiled pasta butter, the milk cream and Horio Soft with Cow Butter
  4. Heat them while continuously stirring and add the drained spaghetti
  5. Mix well and sprinkle the Horio Long Maturation Graviera; Give it a final stir
