Salad with asparagus and white cheese

A delicious salad garnished with Balsamic, vinaigrette with Horio organic extra virgin olive oil and Horio light white cheese. Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS

  1. Βlend all the ingredients for the vinaigrette and put the mixture in the refrigerator.
  2. Boil asparagus in a water-filled pot for 2 minutes.
  3. Cut all the vegetables by hand and put them in a bowl. Add Horio light white cheese, walnuts, fresh onion and vinaigrette and mix well.
  4. Garnish the salad with the prosciutto slices and the asparagus.

Tip: We can also garnish with TOP balsamic cream and freshly ground pepper.

    1 washed and drained red lettuce 1 washed and drained bunch of rocket salad 8 peeled large asparagus 1 tbsp finely chopped walnuts 100 gr grated Horio light white cheese 1 finely chopped fresh onion 4 prosciutto slices
