INGREDIENTS 200 gr brown sugar with molasses 3 pureed bananas 200 gr Horio Soft with Cow Butter, melted, at room temperature 2 eggs 300 gr soft flour 15 gr baking powder 5 gr powdered cinnamon 3 gr salt 50 ml black rum 50 gr black raisins 80 gr chopped walnuts (Horio Soft with Cow Butter and flour are needed to prepare the baking pan) | | DIRECTIONS- Stir flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl
- Beat the eggs in a mixer at high speed
- Using a spatula “push” the egg mixture into the center of the bowl and slowly add the flour/baking powder/cinnamon/salt mixture into the bowl, beating it with the mixer at a low speed
- Stop the mixer and add the rum, raisins and walnuts and mix well using a spatula
- Sprinkle flour into the muffin pan and using a spoon, add the mixture to each individual space (a little bit over halfway)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 20 minutes
- Take them out of the oven and let them cool off, then flip them over a grill and allow the muffins to cool off completely
