INGREDIENTS 500 gr Basmati Rice 2 tbsp Horio Soft with Cow Butter 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley 1 tbsp finely chopped chives 2 finely chopped fresh onions 1 tsp finely chopped dill 1 tsp finely chopped tarragon 1 cup of chicken broth Salt and Pepper | | DIRECTIONS- Put rice in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- In the same pot, melt Horio Soft with Cow Butter and sauté onion for a minute. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper and rice. Remove from heat.
- Mix well and add herbs.
- Serve (optionally with meat or fish).
