
| INGREDIENTS450 gr self-rising flour 3 tblsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 can (330ml) Pilsner beerINGREDIENTS Feta Cheese and Sundried Tomato flavor150 gr Horio Feta, crumbled in big chunks 100 gr sundried tomatoes, strained well and, wiping off all liquids, chopped in large chunks (weigh after preparation) 1 tsp dry oreganoINGREDIENTS Graviera and Caramelized Onions flavor150 gr Horio Sweet Graviera, chopped in large chunks 1 medium-sized onion, sliced in crescent shapes, caramelized in 1 tbsp Horio Soft with Cow Butter and ½ tsp sugar 1 tsp dry thyme 1/4 tsp freshly-ground, black pepper | DIRECTIONS
 *Note: To caramelize onions we place a nonstick frying pan on medium heat until it is very hot. When heated, place butter and onions and mix well. Immediately lower the heat and leave for approximately 25 minutes (mixing only a few times) until they darken and are sticky. We add the sugar, mix and leave for 5 more minutes. Remove from the heat and allow the onions to cool in the pan. One medium onion will garner approximately 1/3 cup caramelized onions. |
