INGREDIENTS ½ medium sized cabbage 1 cup of rice 1 cup Horio Tomato Passata 1 cup Horio PDO Kalamata olive oil 10 cups of water salt and pepper | | DIRECTIONS- Clean the cabbage, rinse it, and cut it into pieces.
- In a pot, put Horio PDO Kalamata olive oil, the tomato passata, salt, pepper, and water, and let it boil.
- When boiled, add the cabbage and leave it on the heat until the cabbage softens.
- Add the rice and keep cooking for about 8 more minutes.
