INGREDIENTS 4 chicken breasts 2 green apples 1 sweet red pepper (Florina pepper) 2 garlic cloves 1 onion ½ cup Horio PDO Kalamata olive oil ½ cup white wine juice of 1 lemon some oregano salt and pepper | | DIRECTIONS- Rinse and cut the apples into cubes. Put them in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice so as not to blacken.
- Cut the peppers into strips.
- Rinse the chicken breasts thoroughly and cut them into big cubes.
- Peel and chop the onion and the garlic.
- Put Horio PDO Kalamata olive oil in the pot and sauté the onion and the garlic in medium heat until golden.
- Sauté the chicken cubes until they turn golden brown and pour in the wine.
- Sprinkle the chicken with oregano, salt, and pepper and stir slightly.
- Add the apple, the pepper, and some water and stir again.
- The food will be ready in about 40 minutes.
