INGREDIENTS 1 ½ kg roasted or boiled chicken at room temperature 2 lettuce hearts 4 tomatoes 3 medium-sized cucumbers 1 big onion thinly sliced 2 mature avocados 1 tsp + 3 tsp lemon juice 200 gr crumbled Horio Feta cheese ½ tsp fresh oregano ½ tsp dried mint ½ little bunch of fresh parsley 5 tbsp Horio PDO Kalamata olive oil Salt Black pepper | | DIRECTIONS- Chop the chicken, the lettuce, the tomatoes and the cucumbers.
- Peel and slice the avocado.
- Dress all ingredients (chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado) with 1 tsp lemon juice and set aside.
- Smash feta cheese with your hands and add oregano and mint. Set aside.
- Select the leaves of parsley and set them aside.
- Mix 3 tsp lemon juice with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and avocado at the end. Mix all ingredients gently so as not to smash them.
- Add Horio PDO Kalamata olive oil and lemon juice.
- Serve with pies or bread.
