INGREDIENTS 6 chicken fillets (1 ½ kg) 1kg green peppers, thinly sliced 4 chopped medium tomatoes 2 chopped onions 200gr Horio soft unsalted cow butter chopped parsley salt, pepper | | DIRECTIONS- Place Horio soft unsalted cow butter in a pot along with the onions and wait until the onion looks transparent.
- Add the chicken, the tomatoes and cook for another 15 minutes on both sides.
- Add the peppers, the parsley, and a little water and continue cooking for 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken fillets are done. If necessary add a little more water so that there is enough sauce.
- Serve with rice.
