Chicken with green peppers

INGREDIENTS

6 chicken fillets (1 ½ kg) 1kg green peppers, thinly sliced 4 chopped medium tomatoes 2 chopped onions 200gr Horio soft unsalted cow butter chopped parsley salt, pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place Horio soft unsalted cow butter in a pot along with the onions and wait until the onion looks transparent.
  2. Add the chicken, the tomatoes and cook for another 15 minutes on both sides.
  3. Add the peppers, the parsley, and a little water and continue cooking for 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken fillets are done. If necessary add a little more water so that there is enough sauce.
  4. Serve with rice.
