DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat the Horio Soft with Cow Butter with the honey in a blender until the mixture gets fluffy. Slowly add the eggs, one by one
  2. Stop beating, add the sifted flour and stir with a spatula.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  4. Shape the biscuits using a piping bag or two spoons. Place the cookies on a baking sheet, with some space between each biscuit so as to prevent them from sticking together
  5. Bake them for 12 minutes, but be careful if they get too dark they will also be too hard.
  6. Sandwich the biscuits with the buttercream, which you have made by beating in a mixer the butter and the honey.
