Slowly add the eggs, one by one
- Stop beating, add the sifted flour and stir with a spatula.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
- Shape the biscuits using a piping bag or two spoons. Place the cookies on a baking sheet, with some space between each biscuit so as to prevent them from sticking together
- Bake them for 12 minutes, but be careful if they get too dark they will also be too hard.
- Sandwich the biscuits with the buttercream, which you have made by beating in a mixer the butter and the honey.
