Amazing milk pie with semolina, sugar, cinnamon and melted Horio butter Corfu type. Everyone will love it!

INGREDIENTS

1 lt full-fat milk 8 tbsp thin semolina 4 tbsp white sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp melted Horio butter Corfu type zest of 1 lemon 1 vanilla powder pinch 1 tbsp brown sugar ½ tsp ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a saucepan heat up the milk and add semolina, and white sugar and stir over high heat, until combined.
  2. Remove off the heat and add eggs, melted Horio butter Corfu type, zest, and vanilla and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan and bake at 175 C for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the pie. Bake for 5 minutes.
