INGREDIENTS 1 lt full-fat milk 8 tbsp thin semolina 4 tbsp white sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp melted Horio butter Corfu type zest of 1 lemon 1 vanilla powder pinch 1 tbsp brown sugar ½ tsp ground cinnamon |  | DIRECTIONS- In a saucepan heat up the milk and add semolina, and white sugar and stir over high heat, until combined.
 - Remove off the heat and add eggs, melted Horio butter Corfu type, zest, and vanilla and stir well.
 - Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan and bake at 175 C for 45 minutes.
 - Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the pie. Bake for 5 minutes.
