INGREDIENTS 4 salmon filets (200gr each)INGREDIENTS Ingredients for marinade 3 tbsp Horio PDO Kalamata olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice Some salt A lot of pepperINGREDIENTS Ingredients for the butter sauce ¾ cup Horio White Vinegar ¾ cup white wine 1 large blended onion (in a mixer) 100 gr Horio Soft with Cow Butter 1 cup milk cream Salt and pepper | | DIRECTIONS- Marinate the salmon in the Horio PDO Kalamata olive oil, lemon and salt and pepper
- Grill at 200 degrees until both sides are browned, for approximately 15 minutes
Prepare the sauce - Boil vinegar, wine and onion on medium heat
- When the liquid has reduced to half, remove the pot from the stove, add Horio Soft with Cow Butter and stir quickly to result in a homogeneous mixture
- Add the milk cream to the mixture, season with salt and pepper and place back on the stove for one, final boil
- Serve the salmon with boiled potatoes and pour butter sauce on top of the dish
