Grilled salmon filet with butter sauce

INGREDIENTS

4 salmon filets (200gr each)

INGREDIENTS Ingredients for marinade

3 tbsp Horio PDO Kalamata olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice Some salt A lot of pepper

INGREDIENTS Ingredients for the butter sauce

¾ cup Horio White Vinegar ¾ cup white wine 1 large blended onion (in a mixer) 100 gr Horio Soft with Cow Butter 1 cup milk cream Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate the salmon in the Horio PDO Kalamata olive oil, lemon and salt and pepper
  2. Grill at 200 degrees until both sides are browned, for approximately 15 minutes

Prepare the sauce

  1. Boil vinegar, wine and onion on medium heat
  2. When the liquid has reduced to half, remove the pot from the stove, add Horio Soft with Cow Butter and stir quickly to result in a homogeneous mixture
  3. Add the milk cream to the mixture, season with salt and pepper and place back on the stove for one, final boil
  4. Serve the salmon with boiled potatoes and pour butter sauce on top of the dish
