DIRECTIONS
- Cut in pieces the Horio light white cheese and put them in a blender until it is a homogeneous mixture
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Knead the balls into the size and shape of walnuts
- Divide the balls into 4 groups of 5. Roll each group over a different spice.
- 5 balls over the chopped pepper,
- 5 over the sweet paprika
- 5 over dry mint and
- 5 over turmeric.
Serve on a platter as a snack before dinner.
