INGREDIENTS For the filling 1 1/2 kilo pumpkin 2 onions ½ kilo Horio feta cheese Mountain Regions 2-3 eggsINGREDIENTS For the dough 1 c Horio Mountain Regions olive oil flour 2 eggs salt 1 c milk 1 tsp baking powder | | DIRECTIONS- Sauté pumpkin and onions in a pot until soft.
- Put sautéed pumpkin and onions in a bowl with Horio feta cheese Mountain Regions and eggs and slightly mix.
- In another bowl put all dough ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Roll dough on a floured surface and divide in two parts.
- Oil a baking sheet. Knead and roll dough and then apply it on baking sheet.
- With a spatula, spread the filling on dough and cover with the rest of dough.
- Bake in preheated oven at 190C until brown, for approximately 1 hour.
