INGREDIENTS 2 chicken breasts (250 gr each) 4 sticks Horio Sweet Graviera (50-60gr) 5 chopped sundried tomatoes 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil 2 tbsp Horio Sustainable Olive Oil 1 tbsp Horio soft with Olive Oil Salt and Pepper Toothpicks | | DIRECTIONS- Season meat with salt and pepper and sprinkle them with basil.
- Lay on each fillet’s edge sundried tomato and squeeze so that ingredients stick on the meat.
- Add Horio Sweet graviera cheese and roll tightly each filet and secure with a toothpick.
- Preheat the oven at 190 C.
- Heat Horio soft with olive oil in a greaseproof frying pan and sauté fillets.
- Put the fillets in a baking pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks and cut fillets diagonally. Serve with salad.
