INGREDIENTS For the crust

2 ½ cups flour ½ tsp salt 1 cup Horio Margarine Classic flavor (Lenten) 4-5 tblsp cold water

INGREDIENTS For the stuffing

1 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp nutmeg 6 apples (peeled and sliced) 2 tblsp Horio Margarine Classic flavor (Lenten)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixer, mix flour and salt
  2. Slowly, add the Horio  margarine and add the water, one tablespoon at a time, until it is one dough
  3. Roll out the dough and place in a pan
  4. Place apple slices on top
  5. Sprinkle the apples with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg
  6. Place cubes of Horio margarine throughout the pan
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour
