Leave eggs, yogurt and Horio Soft Unsalted with Cow Butter in room temperature for 30 minutes and slice fyllo dough into strips, while preheating the oven at 180 degrees Celcius.
In a mixer beat the butter and sugar until fluffy and add the eggs, continue beating for 1 minute
Stop beating and add the yogurt, vanilla and baking powder, the orange juice and orange zest from the two oranges, mix witha spoon until all ingredients have been completed mixed into the batter
Add the fyllo dough into the batter and continue mixing
Transfer batter into a pan or ovenproof dish, medium-size, that has been greased with Horio soft Unsalted with Cow Butter
Bake Orangepie for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius
While the pie is baking, in a pot, add all the syrup ingredients and boil for 5 minutes, then allow to cool down
Lightly carve the orange pie with a sharp knife and pour syrup one spoonful at a time
