DIRECTIONS
- Remove crust from the bread and soak the crumb in water. Then, remove from water, softly squeeze it and put it in a bowl.
- Add minced meat in the bowl with the crumb and knead.
- Add onions and keep kneading.
- Add eggs, cumin, oregano, ouzo, salt and pepper and knead again.
- Put mixture in fridge for 1 hour.
- Make balls, flour them and fry them in hot Horio Classic olive oil.
Tips: Ouzo meatballs can be enjoyed hot or cold.
Accompany with rice or fried potatoes.
