In a mixer, mix Horio Soft with Cow Butter, sugar and salt
Beat until the mixture is fluffy; Start off beating at a slow speed and gradually increase the speed
Add the eggs and continue beating until the mixture is complete
Then, beat at a slow speed, gradually adding flour, baking powder, vanilla and the orange zest
Empty mixture into a bowl and knead by hand for 1-2 minutes, make a ball of dough and wrap it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for a short period
Then, take small pieces of dough and form long strings (5-7, depending on the size of the baking pan) and roll out the rest of the dough into a buttered baking pan, pressing it lightly with your palms, from the center going out
Place the marmalade on top of the dough and then, place the strings on top of the marmalade
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the dough is golden brown
