Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a mixer, until the dough becomes pliable.
Spread ¾ of the dough into a 20 cm diameter, ½ cm thick pan. Spread the marmalade in the center.
Coat the dough all around with a beaten egg.
Make strings from the remaining dough and spread them on the surface, forming frames. Each string should have a 2cm distance from one another. Coat them with a beaten egg.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake at 180 C for approximately 25 minutes.
