Pasta flora with marmalade and Horio soft margarine with olive oil

INGREDIENTS

500 gr all-purpose flour 250 gr Horio soft margarine with olive oil 125 gr powdered sugar 100 gr eggs ½ lemon zest 1 gr salt 1 powdered vanilla 1 marmalade of your liking (peach, strawberry, apricot) 1 egg, for coating

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a mixer, until the dough becomes pliable.
  2. Spread ¾ of the dough into a 20 cm diameter, ½ cm thick pan. Spread the marmalade in the center.
  3. Coat the dough all around with a beaten egg.
  4. Make strings from the remaining dough and spread them on the surface, forming frames. Each string should have a 2cm distance from one another. Coat them with a beaten egg.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake at 180 C for approximately 25 minutes.
