Boil the pasta in salted water according to the pasta box directions. Strain the pasta and place in a bowl, then later, in a larger bowl with cold water in order for the pasta to cool
In a big salad bowl, mix the pasta, the balsamic vinegar, the Horio olive oil, the olive pate and the dice onions
Afterwards, add the cherry tomatoes, the olives and the Horio organic feta to the mix
Mix well and allow the salad to cool in the fridge for one hour so that the flavors may bond
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with sprinkles of parsley
