INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp Horio extra virgin olive oil Mountain Regions 1 tbsp Horio Soft with Cow Butter 2 crushed garlic cloves 2 crushed onions 1 cup vodka 1 cup chicken broth 900gr canned tomato Salt Pepper 450gr penne pasta ½ cup sour cream 20 basil or spinach leaves | | DIRECTIONS- Heat a large pot over medium.
- Add Horio extra virgin olive oil Mountain Regions, Horio Soft with Cow Butter, garlic and onions and sauté for 3-5 minutes to sweeten them.
- Add vodka and cook for 2-3 minutes until evaporated.
- Add chicken broth and tomato and boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- While the sauce is cooking, boil penne in salted water until al dente.
- Add sour cream to the sauce and after it boils, remove it from heat.
- Drain pasta and add them while hot in the sauce, along with basil or spinach leaves.
