INGREDIENTS 8 plums, quartered A pinch of cinnamon Zest of 2 lemons 4 tbsp brandy (optionally) 100 gr Horio Soft with Cow Butter 100 gr brown sugar 2 eggs 100 gr self-rising flour 50 gr almonds, grated 3 tbsp almond flakes Beaten sour cream for serving | | DIRECTIONS- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Put plums, cinnamon, lemon zest and brandy in a bowl and leave aside.
- In the meantime, prepare the dough. Beat Horio Soft with Cow Butter with sugar until fluffy and add eggs, one by one.
- Add flour and grated almonds and mix well.
- On a baking sheet put plums and lay the dough on top. Sprinkle with almond flakes.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until brown.
- Serve warm with beaten sour cream.
