INGREDIENTS 1 small red cabbage or ½ big, thinly sliced 2 tbsp Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice Salt Red pepper flakes ½ cup pitted roughly chopped dates 115 gr Horio Mountain Regions feta cheese, grated 1 tbsp chopped parsley 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds | | DIRECTIONS- In a bowl, mix red cabbage with Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil, lemon or lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Taste and add juice or seasoning if needed and mix well.
- Add half dates and half Horio feta cheese Mountain Regions and mix.
- Garnish with the rest of the dates and Horio feta cheese Mountain Regions, parsley and sesame seeds.
- Can be kept for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
