In a bowl, put the chopped celery, the potatoes cut in cubes, the carrots and the spring onions cut in strips, the onions cut in slices, the grated garlic and salt them.
- Clean the fish, rinse it and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
- In a baking tray, lay half of the vegetables.
- Put the fish over them and sprinkle it with the rest of the vegetables. Pour Horio organic extra virgin olive oil, add ½ cup of water and finally sprinkle them with the thyme.
- Cook them in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour at 200.
