Sea breams in the oven with vegetables

INGREDIENTS

2 kilos sea breams 1 bunch of celery 8 medium sized potatoes 10 spring onions 6 onions 8 chopped garlic cloves 1 cup Horio organic extra virgin olive oil 1 tea spoon thyme salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rinse all the vegetables. In a bowl, put the chopped celery, the potatoes cut in cubes, the carrots and the spring onions cut in strips, the onions cut in slices, the grated garlic and salt them.
