In a bowl, place minced beef and add the bread, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt & pepper (to taste)
Knead the mixture for 5 minutes and set aside for 10 minutes.
(For the sauce) Chop onion and garlic and add all sauce ingredients in a saucepan, simmer until thick sauce is created.
Knead meatball ingredients into oblong-shaped soutzoukakia and lightly sprinkle with flour and then we either fry in olive oil or bake, until golden brown
Once prepared, drizzle with sauce and serve!
Tips: Traditionally, soutzoukakia are prepared with a mixture of minced beef and lamb.
