INGREDIENTS ½ kilo fresh mussels 1 ½ kilo spinach 2 medium sized onions 2 cloves of garlic ½ bunch of parsley ½ bunch of dill 1 ½ cup of Horio soft margarine with olive oil salt and pepper | | DIRECTIONS- Clean the onions and chop them.
- Rinse the parsley and the dill and chop them too.
- Rinse and clean the spinach and coarsely chop it into large pieces.
- Clean the garlic and chop it (almost melt it).
- In a pot, put Horio soft margarine with olive oil. Sauté the onion at medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add the mussels, the dill, the parsley and the spinach while constantly stirring. Cook for 25 – 30 minutes.
