Wine-flavored chicken with pasta and lemon sauce
Chicken quenched with wine, giving a full aroma, spiced with oregano. Lemon sauce covers the pasta, along with Horio graviera cheese!

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken, deboned and cut into pieces 500 gr. spaghetti 1 cup Horio Koroneiki variety 1 chopped garlic 2 cups of wine juice of 1 ½ lemon ½ tea spoon oregano Horio Mature graviera cheese, grated, or Horio Shredded Cheese Mix with Graviera (optional) salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Clean the chicken
  2. In a pot, heat Horio Koroneiki variety, add the chicken and fry.
  3. Pour in the wine and when it has evaporated, add the chopped garlic, the oregano, salt, pepper, the lemon juice and 4 cups of water.
  4. When the sauce absorbs the liquids and becomes thick it will be ready.
  5. In another pot, boil the spaghetti.
  6. Serve the spaghetti with a portion of the meat and pour over some sauce. Add some grated Horio Mature graviera cheese, to enhance its flavor.
