INGREDIENTS 1 chicken, deboned and cut into pieces 500 gr. spaghetti 1 cup Horio Koroneiki variety 1 chopped garlic 2 cups of wine juice of 1 ½ lemon ½ tea spoon oregano Horio Mature graviera cheese, grated, or Horio Shredded Cheese Mix with Graviera (optional) salt and pepper | | DIRECTIONS- Clean the chicken
- In a pot, heat Horio Koroneiki variety, add the chicken and fry.
- Pour in the wine and when it has evaporated, add the chopped garlic, the oregano, salt, pepper, the lemon juice and 4 cups of water.
- When the sauce absorbs the liquids and becomes thick it will be ready.
- In another pot, boil the spaghetti.
- Serve the spaghetti with a portion of the meat and pour over some sauce. Add some grated Horio Mature graviera cheese, to enhance its flavor.
