Don\u2019t worry \u2013 Horio has the perfect, simple and easy b\u00e9chamel recipe that will complete your kitchen adventures.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nPastitsio, mousaka, cheese pies, tarts \u2013 b\u00e9chamel fits perfectly well everywhere, according to chef\u2019s creative talent. Some recipes may ask for a lighter cream, others use more grated cheese: crepes, all kind of pastry, savory croissants.
