It is extremely good for our health, making our body feel and look vibrant. Three to four times a week will provide our body with all necessary beauty and health ingredients.<\/p>\n<h2>Fresh from the garden<\/h2>\n<p>Best time for broccoli (in Greece) is October to January.<\/p>\n<h2>Nutritional value \u2013 how it is good for us<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Anti-inflammatory<\/li>\n<li>Iron and folic acid help prevent and confront anemia<\/li>\n<li>Fiber helps in proper digestion<\/li>\n<li>Carotenoids (in vitamins) serve as antioxidants<\/li>\n<li>Protects our bones (calcium)<\/li>\n<li>Vitamins A, C<\/li>\n<li>Magnesium<\/li>\n<li>Phosphorus<\/li>\n<li>Calcium<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Tips<\/h2>\n<p>We can freeze broccoli and use it fresh whenever we want, since its lifespan usually reaches 4 days.<br \/>\nBoil water and then add broccoli, leaving it in the boiling water for just 3 minutes.
