DIRECTIONS

  1. Crumble the cookies in a blender and lay the cookie powder at the bottom of a baking pan.
  2. Melt the Horio soft organic margarine with extra virgin olive oil and pour on top of the cookie crumble
  3. Mix the mascarpone cheese with the sweetened milk and add little by little the lemon juice.
  4. Beat the mixture until it looks fluffy and then place it over the cookie mixture in the form.
  5. Let it mold in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. When it is hard enough, spread over the surface the jam.
