DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut off the ends of the mushrooms
  2. In a deep skillet, heat Horio Butter Corfu type, and lightly saute the garlic
  3. Add the mushrooms and stir with a wooden spoon; Saute for about 10 minutes
  4. Pour the wine and season with salt and pepper
  5. Increase the heat and allow all the wine to evaporate
  6. Serve the mushrooms with the butter sauce and sprinkle the peanut chunks
