DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl mix 10gr sugar, orange zest and orange liquor
  2. In a mixer, beat the Horio butter Corfu type and the remaining sugar very well, add the honey, yogurt and orange mix and continue to beat mixture
  3. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda and continue to beat for 2-3 minutes
  4. Knead the dough into a ball and make cookies in whatever shape you like
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees or until golden brown
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool off
