Pita bread with chicken, tomato and peppers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Thinly slice chicken.
  2. Put Horio Koroneiki variety olive oil in a pan and sauté chicken with oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Add peppers and onion and sauté for 10 more minutes.
  4. Open the pita pieces of bread and spread them with mustard.
  5. Put in every pita half the chicken mixture, 1 bacon slice, half the Horio Mature Graviera and 3 tomato slices.
  6. Roll and toast or bake for 3 minutes.
