Colored Basmati Rice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put rice in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In the same pot, melt Horio Soft with Cow Butter and sauté onion for a minute. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper and rice. Remove from heat.
  3. Mix well and add herbs.
  4. Serve (optionally with meat or fish).
