Penne pasta with creamy vodka sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a large pot over medium.
  2. Add Horio extra virgin olive oil Mountain Regions, Horio Soft with Cow Butter, garlic and onions and sauté for 3-5 minutes to sweeten them.
  3. Add vodka and cook for 2-3 minutes until evaporated.
  4. Add chicken broth and tomato and boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. While the sauce is cooking, boil penne in salted water until al dente.
  8. Add sour cream to the sauce and after it boils, remove it from heat.
  9. Drain pasta and add them while hot in the sauce, along with basil or spinach leaves.
