Egg, bacon and cheddar sandwich

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice bagel in half and spread 2 tbsp Horio Soft with Cow Butter inside.
  2. Heat the toaster and put the bagels to brown.
  3. Melt 1 tbsp Horio Soft with Cow Butter in a frying pan and break the eggs. Once egg white thickens, pierce the yolk and gently spread it over whites. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer one egg with cheese and bacon and with a spatula cover with the second egg.
  5. Keep frying for a few seconds, until the cheese melts.
  6. Transfer filling (egg-bacon-cheese) to half of the bagel and cover with the other half.
  7. Serve immediately.
